Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped out of our New York facility.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
• Pre-Orders & Custom Items: Items that are made-to-order, heavily distressed, or part of a pre-order drop (such as custom varsity jackets) require additional production time. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated shipping windows on these items.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your garments and the final destination.
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after processing.
Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
REHAB ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with live transit information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for it. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.
